Summary
Are you an adult or a person who spends a considerable proportion of their time pretending that they are? Do you suspect that you have ADHD, but don't know what to do about it? Do you already have a diagnosis, and no clue as to where to go from here? If that's the case, this audiobook is for you! Researched, written, and edited by neurodivergents for neurodivergents, it will hopefully answer some of the questions you have, and even some you haven't thought of asking yet.

Well written, great resource
Written with humour, honesty and a clear aim to help folks. Really nice to listen to and very encouraging for someone who is presently navigating the confusing terrain of neurodivergent diagnosis after childhood.
