About this listen

What would you do if you woke up young again?

Jason Richards is in his 40s, recently divorced, and hates his job, but all of that changes when he's attacked by a redheaded vampire and left for dead in a truckstop bathroom.

He soon wakes up in a mansion, surrounded by beautiful women and told he can never go home again. More importantly, he finds that his bones no longer ache, he feels amazing, and he looks like a 20-year-old kid again.

That's because he's a Ferin, a Forever Young, gifted with immortality and special abilities unlike anything he ever thought possible. With the guidance of his gorgeous female companions, Jason must learn how to survive in a world with real monsters, find and defeat the vampire who created him, and uncover the dark truth about what it means to be a Ferin.

Cringe

Reasonably interesting premise for a story, but I couldn't make it past the first masturbatory sex scene.
There's a tasteful way to handle sex in books, and writing the scene like a horny 13 year old boy who's never even seen a naked woman before isn't it.
Given that the story was shaping up to be some kind of harem fantasy, I can only imagine it gets worse from there.
Also the narrator is awful. He emphasises all the wrong words with weird inflections. It comes across like an aspiring actor that's trying way too hard.

Not my type of reading.

If I want to read pornographic material I would go out and purchase it. I certainly am not interested in the vivid details. To me, this spoils the book completely. Shall not purchase any more of this author

Incredible!

Incredibly bad, got it for free yet i still feel i've been swindled. Very little about the plot made sense. Characters felt like caricatures and dialogues all seemed forced and stilted, as if they have been given a script to read off of, and bad one. The narrator was bad as well, can't say i liked any of his voices much and his inflections are all over the place.

Creepy and inconsistent

The guy reads sex scene in a creepy way, they sound like they were written by a 14 year old and the story isn’t great or consistent
