Learning to be happy!

Lovely little audiobook with a lot of tips on learning to be happy and satisfied, even if you feel like you're life is a mess or you always have something to be sad about. It covers a lot of different aspects as well, for example, even how your diet can affect your mood. Also appreciated that it was backed by science for a lot of it! Great audiobook overall, and nice narration too.

Fantastic!

Somewhere along the way I feel that I've lost some of the happiness in my life. This book is a game changer! I really enjoyed the tips and techniques I can introduce into my life on a daily basis! I already am seeing some of the happiness emerge in my life! Thank you for this great book!

Great read

I really enjoyed this book and feel that I now have better control over my emotions and feelings. I am not in controll of my emotions instead of feeling like I am a victim to them at all times. I am so glad I found this book.
