Summary
The hugely anticipated brand-new Rivers of London novel....
Peter Grant is facing fatherhood and an uncertain future with equal amounts of panic and enthusiasm. Rather than sit around, he takes a job with émigré Silicon Valley tech genius Terrence Skinner's brand-new London start-up - the Serious Cybernetics Company.
Drawn into the orbit of Old Street's famous 'silicon roundabout', Peter must learn how to blend in with people who are both civilians and geekier than he is. Compared to his last job, Peter thinks it should be a doddle. But magic is not finished with Mama Grant's favourite son.
Because Terrence Skinner has a secret hidden in the bowels of the SCC. A technology that stretches back to Ada Lovelace and Charles Babbage and forward to the future of artificial intelligence. A secret that is just as magical as it technological - and just as dangerous.

Don't Panic
Ben Aaronovitch brings his world of magic and the fay back to the streets of London and Peter Grant. It was great to join Peter and the growing family in this adventure. And I liked the nods towards the Douglas Adams classic. Kobna Holdbrook-Smith as always delivered with the narration and character work.

The Magic Continues
Peter Grant starts a new job in the world of computers? . it could mean that London starts exporting sand . The real magic is in the writing and performance of this book. The Rivers of London series is one of the greatest in the urban fantasy universe. start with book one and you will be Glamoured. Enjoy, I did.

Just awesome, great story, fabulous performance!
Ben and Kobna's collaboration just gets better and better. The books are one thing, and yes post Pratchet and Banks they give you faith in the odd side of English fiction but the audio books add a whole new dimension. Long may they continue to entertain me on the long drive into work. Thank you both.
