Great cyberpunk thriller!

I’m always on the lookout for a good cyberpunk and Falling Into Oblivion gave me that believable futuristic world-building, fast action, intrigue and an entertaining thriller, plus body modifications and cyborgs! The narrator of the audiobook Steven Hinrichs was superb and made the book even more compelling.

I was taken by the plot and world-building straight away and could picture myself in the wasted toxic city full of neon signs and the massive luxurious buildings high above. Whilst I haven’t warmed up to the main character Sol Harkones, the plot was so engaging that I didn’t care really, whilst my eyes filled with images of robotic scorpions, virtual reality and a seemingly body modification that is killing people. What Sol finds out is much worse though and I can’t wait to read more about it!

If you’re a fan of cyberpunk, you have to read this! Not only is the plot intriguing, but all the action scenes were great, leaving me out of breath!

Thanks to the author for the opportunity to listen to it and this is my honest opinion.
