About this listen
OUR MOST NOTORIOUS CRIMINALS HAVE HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT.
UNTIL NOW...
'Emily' is a devoted single mother.
'Jack' starts a new job in a new town.
They both share the same secret:
neither of them are who they say they are.
They are among only nine criminals in the UK who have been granted lifelong anonymity, for their own safety, because of their terrible crimes.
But what if someone exposed their true identities to the families of their victims, who are desperate for revenge?
Probation officer Olivia Campbell is caught in the crossfire of this crisis - and as the search for the mole behind it all intensifies, so too does the hunt for the vigilante killers let loose by the leaks...
RIGHT OR WRONG?
CRIMINAL OR VICTIM?
REDEMPTION OR REVENGE?

The Emotion in the Voice ❤️
I thoroughly got lost in this book, granting me a much needed salvation from day to day life. It is quite graphic and covers topics that may distress some listeners. However, these details add a phenomenal amount of clarity in the scene. They also ensure that listeners develop a connection with each and every character.
A wonderfully written and beautifully narrated.
I definitely recommend.

Revenge
I wasn't expecting this book to be that good but it was excellent. I think it was quite a unique storyline. moreover, when you look at the author's previous work he's not done that much which makes it even more impressive.

Outstanding naration
I started listening and was a bit confused with all the characters to start with. As the book goes on it all becomes clear, who’s who. One of my best audible listens. Fantastic, thought provoking story. The narrator was amazing throughout the whole story.

Thought provoking
This has both a dark and thought provoking plot.
It’s a tricky subject to deal with and difficult to decide who to sympathise with at times.
I did really enjoy it though.
Really good narration.

Incredible story
I’m struggling to put into words how brilliant this book is, the author is so talented. The narration was perfect. The last line in book gave me actual goosebumps! Gutted it’s over, loved every second!
