This Book Covers the basic princiThis Book covers the basics without talking down to the listener. I'm new at this, but I'm intelligent enough to function competently in life. some authors talk down to the listeners and make it a chore to get through before you get to the important stuff: how do I help my family?

OK for overall info
This book is used for information about essential oils and aromatherapy, which ones can be used together or work best together, the range of uses for each and recommended recipes. The word “complete” is relative depending on the information you need.

Excellent first book
Excellent first book. We have several other books that cover essentially the same things, but this was not advertised as an advanced book; it is a beginner's book and covers all the bases very nicely. It is also very easy to listen I recommend this as it is advertised, a good first book, which also would make a very useful gift.

A very helpful book
Wonderfully written and researched especially for the newbie. It helps to give us a deeper understanding of EO's and also save a newcomer some money when it comes to oils and tools. I found this book a bit late but not too late. I recommend it!

Wow LOVE this book
I have lots of great EO books, but this one is the most informative! I really love the recipes in my other books, but this book has so much info in it that my others don't, so it is a great addition to my library!

I appreciate the book starting with a brief history of essential oils. I also appreciate the easy to understand charts. There are multiple conversion and delusion charts with instructions on application.
