Summary
A bad boy prince meets his match in this epic Tattered Royals stand-alone romance.
I know men like him.
Powerful. Arrogant. Trouble. The world is his playground.
The playboy prince, the tabloid favorite, and the bane of my existence.
And unfortunately, he’s the only one who might be able to help me uncover the truth.
We're all but shackled together as he works to help me find my stalker before another attack
I don’t want to trust him. I don’t want to want him.
But letting Breck Waterford in might be the only thing to save us both.
I’ve never met a woman like her.
My secrets are mine to keep, but she has a habit of finding the truth.
Sparrow Bridges can’t discover who I am under the crown.
She’s everything I told myself I couldn’t have.
I push her away every chance I can...only every time I look at her, I fall harder.
When danger comes, I can’t stand the idea of losing her before I have a chance to claim her.
She doesn’t need a savior. But anyone who threatens Sparrow will soon find they don’t want me as an enemy.

she didn't so much as tame the playboy prince -
instead she ran with him and became his princess protector.
they were made for each other and once they stopped bickering they could see it.
loved this story so much. loved both the characters and their attitudes and ideals. I'm excited for the next one in the series but I know that both Carrie Ann and Nana will keep me enthralled and entertained when it comes out.

Brilliant
This is a book that will ensure that you will not sleep until you finish the book. There is next level banter and fun, there is drama and entertainment. I love these two authors together.

Breck and Sparrow!
With the marriage of her boss Sparrow and Kannon Security find themselves relocating to Alden and are responsible for providing security to the royal family. Sparrow is used to being the protector so finding herself on the other side where she needs to be protected is hard enough but finding out she has to work with Breck only makes the situation more difficult.
Breck is a Prince who is used to being underestimated by his family but that is in large part due to the fact that he doesn’t share all the activities that he is involved in. He may be attracted to Sparrow, but he soon realizes when they find themselves working together that what he is learning about her only makes her that much more appealing.
Breck and Sparrow have a way of challenging each other which makes their interactions entertaining, the chemistry intense and the intrigue part of the story keeps you guessing with the narrators only making it better.

Love Shane East
I did love the story but I I struggled with this audiobook because it wasn’t a duet. I personally think this is the way to go in audiobooks now especially with the fantastic Shane East narrating. Don’t get me wrong Lacy Laurel is great but when you have this amazing duo why not have them do it in duet.
I did enjoy the royal prince storyline especially with Breck having this vulnerability but showing this powerful leader to public.
Really hope Carrie Ann Ryan really considers duets in future audiobooks.

From enemies to lovers!
I enjoyed this audiobook so. Two authors I admire come together with a suspenseful royal romance. Breck and Sparrow meet and repel. They have such strong negative feelings for each other first that the transition to love is fire. There are twists and turns at every corner and of course a HEA for our MCs. Loved the narrators, too.
