bad pronunciation makes it hard to listen to
awful pronunciation, but content is great, would definitely purchase again. I don't have anything else to say, the app just forces me to make this a little longer.

So many nuggets of information
Whether you think you need to build your resilience, or think you have this subject covered I guarantee you will learn something. This book will help if you struggle with your own resilience giving lots of activities to try, but is will also give you ways to develop your ability to manage in today’s ultra critical world.

Many useful points
A lot of interesting and useful plans on how to protect our own mental health, in easily understood language. The author's voice was easy on the ear too. In hindsight, this may be better in traditional book form where it is easier to flick back a page or two to check on what was said. But an uplifting experience altogether.
