I have had a problem with weight gain since the age of 15. I had tried all of the fad diets, exercise, and fitness routines that have trended for years. It was not until I was at the age of 40 that I discovered the benefits of eating foods that would help control my weight.
Still, my health began to decline, and I was diagnosed with diabetes. Chronic fatigue syndrome had become a nightmare. Every person and doctors should have a copy of this book
A fantastic book,wish I had known about this way of eating years ago.
A must read for everyone,thin or overweight.
All doctors / health care specialists should be open minded enough to read/listen to this book and pass on this sound knowledge to their patients.
It will make a fast difference to all who read / listens to it,to their life and their outlook on life.
Outstanding,one of the best books I have come across in a long time.

Excellent Introduction To Intermittent Fasting
Excellent book if you are considering a lifestyle change based on Intermittent Fasting but are new to the idea and are not sure where to start.
The chapters are more short and focused enough to retain your interest whilst providing enough detail to get you started.
