John Sarno (Inspired genius).
A man who has studied, dissected in the literal and observational form how the brain tricks us. A must read in understanding how we need to learn more and accept we are not perfect.

Amazing.
Bought this ti remind me of the discoveries. Sad to hear Dr Sarno passed in 2017. His gift to us is invaluable. My life is starting to unravel.

Paradigm changing

I assume the information in the book is helpful, but the narrator kept the same monotonous tone throughout:(
