nice book



Great book! Everything you need to know about how to lose weight and what meals you can make easy to follow steel by step. This is good How to Get Started on the Keto Diet that I can enjoy the Keto lifestyle. Directions are precise and easy to follow. This book is full of tasty and healthy recipes.

Phenomenal Book with gigantic measures of basic equations. Lots of good equations and a not too bad student manual for what keto truly is. All of the recipes I've endeavored turned out delicious! Great purchase - glad to have the book helpful as I start my voyage

The book is perfectly well listened, recipes are defined in reader-friendly style so understand all of them is easy. These are multi-purpose recipes like avoiding information, blood pressure, heart diseases, and cancer, etc so I like it very much that is why the book deserves the highest rating
