Refreshing

The book points to God's deep love for people no matter how badly we may judge ourselves. I suffered a serious bout of depression this week and this book is such a refreshing book filled with hope. The book points to God's deep love for people no matter how badly we may judge ourselves. The chapters are direct and very relevant to those of us who are hurting and desperately seeking God's peace. The author definitely understands how depression is rough on people, but most importantly, he understands depression couldn't be who we truly are.
