Lowerful insights

Very simple but powerful insights into delegating effectively. This book has material and concepts that are really easy to refer to over again.

Excellent Book

What an excellent book! I've been running a business for over 10 years and as the company has grown the ability to delegate has become one of the key ingredients for success. I'm also about to go on maternity leave so wanted some insightful advice on how to delegate whilst I'm away from the business. The book provided just that and in a very concise way. It covers a wide variety of elements fundamental to delegation such as management style, promoting existing members of staff and backwards delegation. It's definitely worth 2 hours of any manager's time and I'm sure it'll help you reflect on past difficulties with a new perspective.

Amature recording with a strange hum at the start

This is an excellent book with great advice but the ready should have used a pro mic and studio, it sounds like it was recorded at home into a cheap microphone and a roomy sound.
The reader is very good with his energy and voice but the sound falls short.
