Should’ve used a narrator that can do British accents
Great story spoiled a bit by bad narration. Greg Trembay may be very good but not in this book. The accent’s especially Marks were all over the place going from Yorkshire to Welsh, Scottish and at some points Indian. The women’s voices were all just a high pitched version. Overall a good, if not the most original story, mostly well written but would’ve been much more enjoyable if voiced by the likes of R C Bray or Ray Porter in my humble opinion

Great story
I wasn't to sure about this book was a wee bit slow at the start but I got hooked line and sinker. it's great
would love to find out about Eve and Adam maybe in another book

Easy to follow
I loved this series listening to them one after the other.... I was disappointed though with the last installment as I felt a bit lost as to what happened to the majority of the characters... to the point that I relistened to the last hour to make sure. sadly I was left a bit lost. I've rated this highly as a complete series but removed 1 star for story because of this. I don't know if there's to be a sequel or a series of offshoot substories so I'm hoping so. I don't want to say too much about what I felt was unfinished as I don't want to give spoilers to anyone.

so close .....
An interesting storyline that seemed to offer so much ....but in the end seemed neither fish nor fowl.
The author wrote, it seems , to have written just to honour his contract. sad

Got hard work
Really enjoyed this series from the start but author must have ran out of ideas as the “ second uprising is pretty much the same as the first with different names
Finished it but got hard work in the end and glad to get through it

No clear protagonist
Love the narrator but story lacks protagonists and something to invest in. First audio book I couldn’t finish
