strange

i thought this was a very strange story that somehow felt insufficient. initially i was expecting some form of metaphor or plot twist, but it’s as simple as just a witch fantasy story, not really what i was looking for. the premise is as the title suggests, and witchcraft is mentioned since the very beginning as the cause, if you're hoping this is a plot trick and something else will happen, it does not.
i felt the premise from the title is too sinister to have it not be some form of metaphor, but it’s just what the title suggests, nothing more. i did not like that.
