a warm cup of coffee
I normally read non fiction and self improvement books. I am going through a burnout. This was the perfect book to take the pressure off as the character is going through a life change toi.i have also got a trip to Japan planned next year. I hope the bookshop street is real.

Gentle story

Pleasant
This was a pleasant book to listen to. Pleasantly narrated and a pleasant story. I'm not using that word in a derogatory or condescending way at all. I genuinely enjoyed the story and found it very relaxing to listen to. It was a simple story of an old bookshop, its history and the lost connection between Uncle and niece. It really was a pleasant story and one I would recommend if you need to read or listen to something soothing and calm.

The story flows naturally and has a realistic touch which confer originality.
Beautiful story and excellent narration.
Its rare nowdays to listen story about books and bookstores in this mad era of AI and digital products.

Delightful vignette
Beautifully read, this charming story is just the ticket if the real world is getting you down. A wonderful escape to a quirky Tokyo neighbourhood of second hand bookstores and a tender exploration of love and loss.
