Empowering
This workbook is an outstanding job in the breaking down of the steps involved in using the DBT skills in understandable and applicable ways. I enjoyed the sections on stress management and emotional handling very much, as I could picture situations in which those strategies might apply to school or with family challenges. I enjoyed improving relationships and communication because that's so easy to lose when times are bad. It's a relatable and practical guide for any teenager who wants to feel in control and confident.

Teens, Emotions, and a Lifeline for Parents
As a homeschool dad navigating the teenage years, this audiobook was a breath of fresh air. The themes of emotional regulation, mindfulness, and building healthy relationships were presented in a way that felt accessible and even fun to explore. The chapter on managing conflict without escalating it resonated most with me—practical tips I could use immediately. It gave me tools to support my teens through their emotional rollercoasters without losing my cool (or theirs). This audiobook is perfect for parents, educators, or teens themselves who want to understand and navigate emotions better. It’s a toolkit for building trust and resilience, with relatable examples that make these skills feel doable, not daunting.
