Utter rubbish

What would have made Cycling: HIIT Bike Training better?

The title of this book tells you as much about HIIT as the book does. There is no information on HIIT training, how to make it work for you, why it works or anything remotely scientific.
I gave up when the author started talking about finding a local welding shop for bike repairs before setting out on your ride.

Waste of a credit.
