A must read book
This book reminds us that reality is nothing but our narration and story about reality. It is always our version of reality; it also teaches us rather than invoking silence or violence; to confront our version of reality with others’ version of reality which could make a big impact on the quality of our personal as well as professional life.

Excellent instructions
Very good at defining how we respond to conflict and what to do to change the direction of a negative conversation. I loved it because I used the techniques on my husband and it 100% worked.
An essential read for anyone who has communication issues or for anyone that wants to get better at it.

Good theory
A well formed book with examples on how to apply communication skills to a variety of scenarios. Whilst there are examples, I feel like there could be many more for each scenario discussed in the book. Thankfully it's pretty simple to understand
