Complete strength training guide

Love that this guide contains a plethora of exercises you can do at home, without any complicated gear and such. The book starts by explaining the theoretical concepts before diving into the exercises, which I think is essential in order to understand some fundamentals before putting the information into practice. The guide breaks down into a practical, accessible way the information on strength training for women, helps you understand your body type and helps you tailor your workouts accordingly. The PDF included is of major help, as you can have visuals of the exercises, the muscles you're working with each type of workout etc. Recommend!
