Summary
Cole’s Saga: FEMA Wars, the second book in Cole’s Saga series, is post-apocalyptic EMP survival fiction.
In the first book, Cole and his friends were abducted and then escaped from the FEMA slave camp. Cole was surrounded by three beauties, and then Cole married Gemma. Jack had caused the deaths of two of their friends plus most of the group were wounded in a disastrous fight.
The second book starts with the team having to hold up their travel to allow the wounded to heal. Jack continues to second guess all of Cole’s decisions. They continue to fight off criminals and FEMA as they save some good people. FEMA plans to start a new country under their control. They need slaves to work in the factories, mines, and farms.
Cole has a personal tragedy caused by the death of someone close to him. The group suffers more wounds and deaths as they struggle on their trip to Oregon. Cole grieves over his losses but is consoled by a dear friend. With death and destruction all around them and FEMA close behind them, will they survive?
Listen to FEMA Wars to find out who lives or dies and if they make it to Oregon.

Very Sad
After listening to the first series I was excited about this series which told what happened to Coke and his journey. I am sad that the books are done and I no longer am in their lives listening to them live. The narration as usual was amazing and Cole and Brat were alive for a time.

Grand reunion
I really enjoyed this book, and the whole series, this was a fantastic conclusion to both series. I received this book in exchange for my honest review.

Oh so much better
This audible was much better written AJ Newman took time to write and tell a story as well he did in the prior series. The characters came alive and had feelings and you was able to feel their joy and the pain of lost of love ones. Their adventures and mishaps as they travel from KY trying to get home in OR. You also enjoy the feeling of both sets of characters from series one and this series when they meet after eight years separated and learn of former loves getting married or have died.
You see that a corrupt Fema is telling them and trying to take the US over to create a new US not in the ways of the old US instead a government of corrupt politicians and slaves.
I hope you enjoy the series

Good narration and story
I am enjoying this series but found this book a bit over the top, even for this genre. The author really brought the story to life though and I kept going as I wanted to know how it ended. It wont put me off more by this author and narrator though.
This was the end of a binge listen of the first series and then this one. I know in the blurb it says this is standalone but it really added to this series reading the other series first.
