This is fantastic
I got so much out of this audiobook. The author starts by explaining what a narcissist is, and I had no idea there were multiple types of narcissists. It really lays the groundwork for the remainder of the book, because she then provides a lot of really helpful information about how to deal with the narcissist in your life, from how to communicate effectively with them, set boundaries, and even what you need to do legally to protect yourself and your children. The part that I really appreciated was how to communicate and help your children through this as well, ensuring that you raise children who are strong and successful, in spite of the abuse of the narcissistic parent. If you are in this situation and finding it difficult to deal with a narcissistic spouse, I think you'll really find a lot of great information here that can help you tremendously.
