Lovely book! Nice Its working for me
Here you'll learn how to eat a keto diet based on real foods. The book gives a very basic explanation of Keto and a lot of great, easy prep recipes. It also explains in detail what foods and drinks are preferred and what to avoid, enriching everything with meal plans that you can follow to get really excellent results. Lovely book! Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me.

Excellent selection of recipes
I like the audible and recipes are pretty good. Got me started on this great diet with a good explanation of what needs to happen and how it works, then I looked for a nice additional recipe audible now. It offers an easy meal plan to wean yourself off of carbs, and also provides brand suggestions for supplements, remedies, etc.
This book is full of information, described in detail and backed by studies, uses evidence-based research to back up claims. Excellent audiobook full of information, the scientific explanation behind Intermittent diet now make sense with this audiobook.
The audible teaches that a ketogenic diet allows the kindling to burn off for good and the logs to catch fire in their place. One of the best Keto audibles I've heard. It is good for beginners or for those interested in really understanding the science behind keto. I highly recommend this audible!

Listening to this audibook motivates me that I am doing the right thing. It tells why intermittent fasting is the easiest way to loss weight. It also includes about Ketogenic Diet. If you know how effective the diet routine you are doing, you will strive and strive more to do it everyday. This book taught me how different approach this diet from the rest! Being healthier is a choice and a routine that you should do everyday to be effective. I am glad that I bought this book and able to learn more on how to stay healthy.

I am now a fan!
I am now a fan! There are lots of thing that can help us lose weight and with that being said, I love how the author chose these three subjects which are - Intermittent Fasting and Strength Training. I must say that the author did a great job and will definitely get back to this from time to time.
I consider myself pretty healthy. I follow a clean diet and exercise a week. Lately, I've noticed that it's harder to lose the weight that I gained from cheating on myself and my diet! I picked up this book to see if there were any tips that I had forgotten about or new ideas to try. For someone who is new to dieting or wanting to lose weight, this book is a great foundational start. it has some good tips and ideas and is very direct. For someone who is already knowledgeable in these areas, this book wont be a big help, but for someone who is starting out, this book is recommended

Helpful guide for everyone

I wish I listen this book years ago
To get the powerful math tricks for losing weight this book is the right choice for all. The tips of this book are very effective. This book is perfect for me since the tips here are so effective. I wish I listen this book years ago. It makes total sense! The book is not that long but has all the information you need to get stated on intermittent fasting. Definitely listen the book. This is how we all were meant to eat. I feel so much better eating this way and you will too! I will surely recommend this book!

This is a terrific intro to the Intermittent Fasting and ketogenic diet. Love this book! This is my go book for many reasons. This book prepared me for starting Keto and what to expect once I started. There are great recipes that are easy and delicious for everyone that wants to make the lifestyle change of Keto.

Definitely worth the money
This book shows you how easy it is to get started with Intermittent fasting. It also talks about how mainline health and fitness has gotten it wrong on so many levels, definitely a good read if you are looking for ways to jump start weight loss. Despite exercising and eating healthily I had great trouble losing fat. Intermittent fasting is the only thing that seems to work for me in that regard. I've noticed a big surge in the amount of muscle I have put on in my workouts and I've actually lost fat at the same time. At last! Definitely worth the money.
