Vengeance

Emotions gone crazy
This book had my emotions going crazy. One moment I feel pain, heartbreak, disgust, anger, love and joy. All in one book! You get some answers that you wanted and a few other things you wanted too!! The character growth are strong here too!!

This whole series has been one of the best university bully romances that I have read, I loved the characters and although in so many places this broke my heart it also healed it and set it racing with the drama and suspense that the book brought up.
The narration was impressive and so well suited to the book. This is a book ad series that should not be missed.

Q and Aspen are EVERYTHING!
This book was everything! I had no idea, I'll say it again.. I had no idea what I was in for. I wasn't ready.
The trial and tribulations that Q and Aspen have been put through is more than anyone should have to deal with but the ending was so worth it!
I can't believe all the twists and turns this book took me through, but I loved it. This book was exactly what I wanted for these two.
Quinton and Aspen have finally found their happy and I couldn't be more happy for them. I loved it!
Yet again, Zara Eden and Connor Brown did NOT disappoint! They were wonderful.

Ren and Quinton!
Ren is devastated after having to experience a traumatic event that will forever change who she is. She is trying to pick up the pieces and reclaim the person she used to be however she has a very small support system as Quinton can’t always be there for her when she needs him the most.
Quinton is a man on a mission who is determined to exact vengeance from every person who has hurt the woman he loved. He is methodical and unwavering as he believes that it is the only way that Ren will truly be able to heal.
Ren and Quinton take us on dark and suspenseful journey filled with secrets, surprises and a love most unlikely. I enjoyed the evolution of both these characters as Ren shows how strong and resilient she truly is while Quinton has gone from being her biggest enemy to a man who will do anything to keep her safe. The narrators did a great job of bringing out the personalities of the characters as well as the suspense and romance of the storyline. 🎧 Pink Flamingo Productions

Fantastic End --but audiobook Ch 19 note below
This, in my opinion, was The Best book of the trilogy! Each one got better! Seeing the healing process for Aspen was heartbreaking, but seeing how Q dealt with it was so Important to his character growth & their love story! I loved the ending and look forward to other characters’ stories!!! Lucas-YES I want his history & what's going to happen next!! I feel like Vito has a story to tell, especially with that favor😏! And I think Scarlett is going to be something unexpected! Each main/side character could get a book & id be thrilled! So what starts with a 3.5⭐ book one ended with a 5⭐ book!
Audio--the narrators continued to get better! I thoroughly enjoyed their skills at 1.4 speed on this one!
***Big complaint---the last few pages of Ch 19 from Aspen’s POV is missing in the audiobook, and IT IS A HUGE MASSIVE, SUPER IMPORTANT detail to the story!! You find out the info again in Ch 20 from Q’s POV, and it's crucial throughout, but I'm a super nerd/teacher & often read along while listening & that's how I caught it.

So good

Dark Enemies-To-Lovers Bully Romance
Broken Kingdom by J.L. Beck and C. Hallman is a dark enemies-to-lovers bully romance that I listened to audio narrated by Zara Eden and Connor Brown. This is the third book in the Corium University Series.
This is the first series of J.L. Beck and C. Hallman's that I have read, and it won't be my last. They did a great job wrapping up Quinton and Aspen's story. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brough the story to life.
I can't wait for the next book in the series Ruins of Temptation to be released on audio so I can get Lucas and Delilah's story.
Zara and Connor did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this series if you like dark romances, enemies-to-lovers romances, bully romances, or romantic suspense.
