I had some dreams they were clouds in my coffee....
It's 1974 in Evanston, Wyoming. Cece Adams, a popular cheerleader loves her bad boy next door, Erik Laughlin, a local rocker. They've had their share of ups and downs, but things have turned around for them. They have their dreams after all. And Cece has some news for Erik.

dreams
Brilliant dual narrated by David Black and Amanda Stribling. Their narration bring the story, character and emotions alive in your ears. I loved the fact David did all the male speech and Amanda did all the female, just as they were having a conversation.
Parrish Locke has a gift, that allows souls in limbo inhabit her body, so ambling them tell her their story. She is asked by her deceased ma to find and help Cece. We learn about Cece who is a 17-year old junior who is in love with her best friend, Erik. Her life and the all people, friends in her short life. Cece wrote a diary and kept her thoughts hidden. One snowy night Cece is on her way to watch Erik in his band and to tell him something important. Stopping to help a broken down truck she encounters her ex and psychotic Mitch. Cece's death is ruled a tragic accident. Now Parrish, knows the truth she needs to bring the truth comes to light. To prove that it was murder, Parrish needed help from the FBI and she ended up working with Agent Marco Trevani. Both Parrish and Marco have there own personal problems. While working together they fight and are combustible. Problem is not helping Cece but these two need to sort out their relationship was what Parrish. Her coming out a relationship where she was cheated on and Marco who had many women in play in his last relationship. When the case is cleared up and Cece is allowed to cross over, Parrish decides to change her life and leave modelling.
I just fell in love with the characters and plot. You cant help but want to keep listening to hear what is happening to the characters.
