Absolutely Incredible!

I've been searching for anything that will help my wife sleep, She's suffers from chronic insomnia and has just had a major surgery about 6 weeks ago. I roughly understand the science behind the audiobook but I'm certainly not a subject matter expert but what I can tell you is that my wife has been able to sleep much sounder while listening. Her sleep score has increased by about 9 points while getting more REM sleep and Deep sleep. This audiobook has been a real game changer for our family!

So relaxing!

I defintely felt more relaxed listening to this and I fell right asleep! So I was definitely in some slow brain waves. I love books like this, I'm always looking to get more into theta! Worth a listen!

Amazing, so enjoyable!

This beautiful collections of frequencies targeted to optimize your sleep will stick with you; you'll return to it time and time again. The sequencing of the frequencies is exceptionally well selected in my opinion. It sounds like music and not only sound in many places.
