Pros and cons of each framework
One size does not fit all. The same is true for projects. The author describes the advantages and disadvantages of each framework. I think that Scrum with a Kanban board is the best option for my projects. The examples of more and less successful projects in chapter 9 are also helpful when choosing the right framework.

A great resource for an inexperienced manager
I participated in several projects and could try leading some initiatives. They all were using a traditional methodology. Well, on my projects, I wasn't using any real method, rather what I learned on the fly.
The audiobook introduces agile project management from the basics. It provides a clear overview of Agile principles centered around the customer and provides more effective cooperation among the team. What I like is that it encourages and gives more opportunities to the best teammates.
Examples of free software tools are great sources, and Asana seems to fit most to my personal projects.
The bonus checklist is a great help even on projects that I will do mostly myself because it reminds me of all critical aspects.

A fairly comprehensive introduction to modern PM
A fairly comprehensive introduction (it is only an intro) to modern Project Management. The book's a little heavy on the American football analogies which gets a little tedious, but on the whole it's pretty good.
