Excellent book
I am one of the privileged people to have been on a Paul Acres Japan Study Mission. This book looks at lots of the things that are studied on those tours. After reading 2 Second Lean I became a raving fan of Paul and 2 Second lean. Always striving for improvement this book explains Paul’s passion for perfection and encourages the reader to reach for perfection too

Amazing Book!
Paul teaches us to be respectful of people and resources (the twins). Have big eyes, big ears, and a small mouth. Be observant and respectful of everything and everyone. Live consciously and and aware of everything around you. Don’t waste anything- not even a grain of rice. Paul is extremely genuine and passionate and practices what he preaches. His childlike wonder is very rare and very much coveted!

I wish I had not bought it.
Despite its title, I found this book very sloppy. No clear thread was going on. The information was very generic and not enough evidence-based. Went off the script many times and had two unnecessary references the former US president.
