enjoyable
this was such a great storyline that
had my attention right thrroughout.
the characters had good chemistry
and that's what made this such a great story.
the narrator have done a good job of brining
the book alive.

More Hawthorns...
Fantastic to hear the same narrators used as the first book.
Juniper 'June' and Jared have known each other their whole lives, he's her best friends oldest brother. When they find themselves snowed in together they start to see one another differently. There are sparks flying between them and Jared's daughter adores June. Can they really put their feelings back in a box now they know how deeply they feel?... Expect plenty of laughter, sizzling chemistry, friendship, family, tension, inner turmoils and so much more throughout their journey. Will they be able to work through their inner demons together and create a future together they crave and deserve?...

Sweet Single Dad Romance!
This is the second book in The Hawthornes series. This is a great best friend's brother, single dad, surprise pregnancy billionaire romance. June and Jarred romance is beautifully written, sweet, and heartwarming. I loved to follow them in their journey to love. Jarred's daughter Piper is adorable! Melissa Connell and Scott R. Off Limits
Loved the dual narration from Melissa Connell and Scott R. Smith
June finds herself with no job, sacked as a nanny for something she did not do, also with no place to live as she has rented her house out for the next two weeks. Keifer her friend offers her his family cabin, he drops her off . When a set of lights appear she thinks it might be Keife. Instead of Keifer it is his brother Jarred and his daughter Piper. Jarred has gone to the cabin for him and his daughter to spend some one-on-one time together. June tells him that she would leave the next morning so that he could have the cabin to himself with Piper. But a snow storm has started meaning , June can not leave since they were snowed in. She comes up with things for 3-year-old Piper to do to keep her busy. Jarred starts to see June in a different way and wants her but after what his ex-wife did to him, he doesn't trust anyone to no leave him so he doesn't get involved with anyone. The more time he spends time with June, he finds it hard to stop thinking about her. Things happen between them and they end up sleeping together.
We have drama, angst, emotions and romance.

Jarred and June
Jarred and June end up at the Hawthorne family cabin for different reasons. June turned to her best friend, Kiefer Hawthorne for help having just lost her job through no fault of her own. So Keifer her the use of the Hawthorne cabin; Kiefer is Jarred's younger brother. Jarred is taking time out from his own troubles with his young daughter. Initial they are stuck because of storm but June and Jarrod soon find that they are drawn to each other. This is a really great story.

Loved June and Jarred's story. I definitely want more of the amazing Hawthorn men.
June's been fired and needs to get away until she can get back in her house. So her best friend Keefer offers her the family cabin.
Jarred's daughter has been struggling, so he decides to take her to the family cabin.
Only Jarred or June didn't know the other was going to be there. So they both got the surprise of a lifetime, a new love, a new life and a forever.
