Summary

The fourth book of Guardian of Aster Fall!

Astral threads cut across the world, drawing Sam to them like a fire from the past. He discovers that his new race is intrinsically tied to the Void and the stars.

Meanwhile, hints of the First War are returning to Aster Fall as the dimension trembles. Flaws are appearing more rapidly than ever, putting pressure on cities across the kingdom. In the shadows, dangerous artifacts related to Outsiders reveal a troubling connection. The relic also holds ancient secrets, some of them powerful enough to change the balance of power in the land.

Sam is hard at work building a home for himself and his family, splitting his efforts between repairing the Moonlight Relic and traveling to gather key materials. He is focused on repairing the defenses and stabilizing the Seal, but his heart is drawn to the stars.

Primordial enchantments, crafting, and battles await in the fourth volume of the epic series!

A great continuance

A very good continuation from the last book looking more into Sam and what he’s about, while also still having loads of epic fights and insane levelling.

Looking forward to the next one

I am really enjoying this series but the progression of the MC does feel a bit rushed compared to others in the world,

The narrators do an excellent job as always

I just cannot have enough!

I have received this free copy for an honest review. This was an awesome story, the audiobook is very complete, a big story that is full of struggle and challenges for our characters, a way of narration that gives us insight onto all the important ones and helps with understandding while still keeping us on edge! For a continuation this really makes you happy with what you got. It is awesome to see how much sam has grown, how his thought process is different and mature but still full of struggle, how he has to battle his outsider nature but just keeps f-ing crishing it and making impossible things. But it is also very intriguing what will happen because as much as he has grown, he is not even close to the limit of the world and his "family" might not let him! But to be able to have a years journey while time moves slower back home, to be able to grow and develop as something completely different! Thata is certainly amazing! What surprises await our mc!? The narrators are great, clear and easy to understand and making obvious differences among the characters! Definitely recommend it!

Awesome next instalment … need the next one !

Another great addition to the series with the same fast paced, no filler content I’ve come to expect from this series. The story continues to unfold in surprising new ways with great characters that you really come to feel for. It’s easy for a series to become “samey” but I’m glad to say there’s no risk of that in this series! It’s well worth a listen and highly recommended. Now, when’s the next one out?
