Concise and to the point👍👍

This is a short and clear overview of asthma, what it is and how to treat it without being reliant on medication. It focuses on solutions found in foods and your immediate surroundings found at home but doesn’t go into breath techniques.

Informative and Easy on the Ear

This was full of interesting information and packed with helpful facts about asthma. I discovered that cockroaches can trigger attacks too.

It was clear and delivered at a steady pace by the narrator, Dalton Lynne. She kept my attention from start to finish with her mellow and warmly enveloping voice.
