Summary
ARAB humanist is a story of an Arab woman who rebelled against her family while living in America. She wanted to claim her own independence and womanhood but was crippled by her naivety, poverty, and lack of a good social safety net. The intention of this story is not to demonize the Arab or the American culture. From the viewpoint of the author, the poor, especially women, in all cultures are treated badly - just in different ways. In ARAB humanist, a fresh light is shed on one of the most important humanist topics of our time: “Universal, Unconditional Basic Income.”

she is my voice..may be a voice of million others
"It's my voice... " is the first thought that comes on listening to the words of the amazing author Nohad.
As I went through each chapter, I felt the core of my being touched . My inner voice represented honestly ,brutally but so beautifully.
The concept of universal basic income should reach by far the largest audience and also the inequalities we face globally cause of race, gender, languages, religion, economic condition and every other human made barriers or constructs...
My infinite gratitude to the universe for this courageous human Nohad and to Nohad herself as the author of the amazing work of art,the book as well her beautiful pieces of art.
I eagerly await for more ...
Thank you Nohad.

Loved it! This book deserves to be heard!
It's educational, moving, beautifully performed and written, honest, thought provoking and unforgettable. I loved the narration and found the whole book beautiful, touching and very moving. It makes important points about how we live in society and support the most vulnerable, in such a personal and engaging way, tieing together the personal story of Lulu with the societal implications. Brilliant, I couldn't wait to hear more!
