The authors have really done their homework!

The authors have really done their homework! Far from being another fad diet, the Anti Inflammation Diet is a medically sound way to eat healthily, lose weight steadily, and all while avoiding inflammation symptoms. Plus, this diet works to help you lose weight regardless of whether or not you suffer from chronic inflammation too…

A Motivating Revelation

As someone whose jumped from diet to meal replacement drink all my life, the Anti Inflammation diet is the hope I have been searching for. Standing heads and shoulders above other diets, this straight forward look into the benefits of eating more of the clean 15 - and less salt/sugar/fat - is the sensible information you already kind of knew, but didn’t listen to. Excellent book.

Easy listening… until that recipes list :(

Maybe its just me but I prefer my recipes to be written down not audibly read to me. Otherwise this was a decent diet resource to help keep chronic inflammation at bay.

The reasons for [and solutions to] chronic inflammation are broken down into an easy to understand audio guide. Well worth a read even if you don’t have inflammation health worries.

More people need to learn about this condition.

This book is going to help you learn more about any possible predisposition you may have for chronic inflammation. Moreover, it goes into how you can get your body back in balance by making just a few changes to your shopping list. The Anti-Inflammation diet would benefit anyone, in all honesty, however it is crucial for people struggling with auto-immune problems.
