Step by step guide

Great book for angry men!

There are so many other things to be happy about and anger and rage are just destructive. Deal with your issues and if this book starts you in that direction good.

Awesome book

This was listening in a manner and in detail that hit me directly. With every section, I grew a better understanding of myself and my relationship with anger. I wouldn't guarantee that it will help everyone, but it has helped me. It may be very tough but it really helps to open up to them and just tell them everything. It has definitely brought us closer together!

Five stars!

I have experience with many of the techniques for managing emotions in this audiobook, but I am still calmed, inspired and renewed by listening to it. I have learned new ways of coping, and I have seen a definite decrease in anger spells and fits of 'uncontrollable' rage.

Cracking & really helps.

I looked at a few books as wanted to make sure I picked the right one.

This audio book is the perfect length (1.5 hours) it’s clear, on point and gives pointers. It’s factual and states the obvious in the way you need to hear it. I listen to the book 3 times a week before work to drill my brain on better management and I noticed a difference straight away.

As a single mum just made readdress my thought process and allow me to step back.

I would highly recommend, don’t need to have a full on anger problem just may need a bit of help to readjust and I found it perfect.
