Phenomenal

Touched me in ways I thought couldn't and although catered more for women as a man I would recommend highly a must have in your collection

Fantastic book!

I listened to this book in one sitting, couldn’t wait for the next chapter as each one ended. As I listened it was like listening to so much experience of my own life, but whilst also being in awe of the maturity that Alex has. I have a daughters her age and just wish that I’d had the wisdom that she has as she brings up her daughters. A must read for everyone.

Just the medicine that was needed.

I have been baptised into Alex Elles' books. This was definitely a reminder (in such a relatable way) of how to navigate the twists and turns of this journey we call life.
It's been a long time since I have read (listened to) a book cover to cover), I'm so glad that it was one so well written and read.

Not what I thought it would be

Didn’t really enjoy the book, I found it to be more about the author than about how we can heal.
