Really bad narration
I got this book as I suffer from GERD due to a hiatus hernia, and based on the 100+ 5 star reviews, thought it must be good.
The content is okay, but nothing you can't find via a quick internet search, but what is really bad is the narration. The worst I have come across by a fair distance. At one point I thought it was being read by a text synthesizer, it was so robotic, but then he would make a mistake and they didn't even bother to edit them out and so what you get is the narrator repeating himself when he realises he had made a mistake.
