About this listen

So... you want to know how to become a god?

Well, I'll be honest: this ain't that type of guide. So why the name, you ask? Well, it sounded good.

My story is an odd one, full of magic, drama, and a whole lot of Bob. Who's Bob, you ask? Listen and find out.

I never really expected to go from full-time Neet to a God, but you know how life hits, right? Well, it doesn't really matter in the end. What matters is how I got there. You know how I said this ain't that type of guide? Well, maybe it can be. Maybe you'll figure some things out along the way—who knows? Actually I do, and you probably won't, but who cares, right? So take a seat in your mother's basement ,or whatever hole you live in, and listen to the story of how I, a full-time Neet, became a God.

Don’t be put off by the lack of reviews

I was hesitant due to the lack of reviews though the sample and blurbs I found both here and on RR convinced me that it was worth a shot.

Great pace, great setting and great narration.

I imagine this will become quite popular

nice idea

well it starts with a nice idea and a catching title, but that gets dropped really fast. I just thought that it is boring to listen to.
some things that just massively annoyed me. non magicians get called muggle.
It is definitely not a story of an OP MC.

Maybe the worst case of wish fulfillment I've read

Honestly, I was hoping it'd be decent. The dude was a neet and I thought initially that he wasn't going to be mad about it but it turned into a pity-party really quickly. Where he claimed that everyone looked at him with disgust and nobody would trust anyone who looked like him. As if most people care. Then he gets magic and suddenly everyone wants him, the magical world is polyamorous (only for men it seems like though...since he literally has the girl promise to only be with him but she pushes him to be with someone else), he get perfect tutors and cheats and blah blah blah, you get the picture. He's not a Neet anymore. I thought he'd be a Neet during the story, but no that's just him wallowing in self-pity at the very start. Then as soon as he gets magic he works out, goes on dates, eats well etc. etc. etc. as if anything was stopping him from doing any of that before. It really just feels like someone making an insane excuse for their own life.

Nice Narration though.
