Summary
He'd never known temptation...until he met her.
Alaric lives only for one thing: to fulfill his duty as crown prince of Aurum.
It was never a problem until he snuck into a human bar on the eve of his betrothal, and met her. The woman who smacked his hand when he tried to steal her food. The woman who was as strong as any dragon he’d ever met.
He didn’t expect to form a bond with her after just one night together. A bond he will have to break to marry his betrothed and fulfill his duty as crown prince.
If you want romance, laugh-out-loud moments, and spice, then A Heart of Gold is your perfect fantasy escape.
Listen for:
- Prince Charming, if you always wanted him to sweep you off your feet and rip your shirt off
- Soulmates
- Dragons who rule the world

Dragon shifter, need to say more?
I love dragon shifter stories, so I jump at the opportunity to hear this audiobook. The story is steamy and with fun parts. I liked the characters, the plotline was well constructed, to give the reader good pacing and to keep them reading. Would like to read or hear the next ones. The audiobook narrated by Shane East and Keira Stevens did a good job narrating, I like the pacing they both achieve, their pronunciation and accent were done well, and the editing and sound were as expected.
