About this listen

This is a dramatic true story about A Father’s Cry for Justice, when his 15-year-old daughter was drugged, raped, and filmed by an infamous couple. It is the inception of the worst nightmare of his life when former deputy sheriff, Ken Arrasmith, learns about this violation. As he rushed to the Lewis-Clark valley to promote justice and safety for his daughter, Jane, he remembered this pair from past arrests.

With little response from the law, he worked diligently to persuade those in charge to arrest the offenders, Ron and Luella Bingham. The investigation deemed the duo as dangerous, said to always carry guns, often bragged about killing girls, and were quite cunning and unstoppable. It became hopeless when there wasn't any justice in sight for Ken or his child, and he was terrified that if the offenders were left unchecked, they would find a way to get close and cause harm to him or his daughter. This knowledge, the overwhelming fear of a kill hit, and a new girl being groomed, propelled Ken to confront the Binghams to gather evident for law enforcement....

At this encounter, Ken found himself in a risky position that culminated in the shooting death of the couple. The story went viral and everyone had an opinion. Some called it cold blooded murder, others frontier justice; Ken Arrasmith called it justifiable homicide in defense of himself and others. The question is what did the court decide? It is a well written story relating Ken's ideal childhood, sweet romance, and battle for justice; laced with Ken's quick wit, sense of humor, and enchanting adventures. This true account details his shocking arrest and trial, leading to a crescendo of agonizing cries for justice that continues to echo throughout the maze of the justice system.

Great story, bad quality narration

The story is very interesting and thought-provoking. Unfortunately, the quality of the recording of the narrator is very poor. It sounds like someone is narrating in a zoom-meeting. Very bad for this day and age.
