Entertaining but ruined by the narrator

The narrator ruins the atmosphere, he sounds too peppy to be reading horrors! The stories are ok but quite similar - I will be purchasing the second though so it hasn’t put me off

Everything I dream of in horror!

Where have you been all my life, Tobias Wade?! Your collection of short horror stories is scarily close to perfection. Originality, suspense, frights, wonderfully vivid writing - all wrapped up in the deepest, darkest humour. I gorged myself shamelessly on your delicious ideas! Skip Nelson? A wonderful narrator who brought out the best in all of these nightmares. Altogether, a triumph!

Great stories, not the right Narrator

The stories are great, a particular fave being the diving story with the plane (you’ll see)

However for me, and a few others, the narrator was a very poor fit. Far too jovial and all over the place, emphasis where emphasis is not needed spoiling the mood of the story. His pace is just not a good fit for the this type of book.
