Thanks for writing this book. Easy to listen to and yet very true and very powerful. Please buy it, listen to it, and start loving yourself. Again, true love starts from loving yourself.

One of the most helpful self-help books

One of the most helpful self-help books I've gotten my hands on :)
I really like the 21 day set-up, each chapter/day only takes 5-10 minutes to read and will set the tone for the rest of the day if you read it in the morning. I appreciated the simplicity of the exercises, you can do them without feeling too much resistance which makes it much easier to stick to the challenge, even on days when you feel really low.
I do belief that consistency is key to make permanent change, so I recommend going through this challenge at least once more or maybe pick out some of your favorite exercises and make them a habit. Recommended!

Beautiful books

These book are beautifully written with insights about loving yourself. I totally enjoyed listening to them and I am ready to apply the principles and love myself more and more.

A great self help book

This worked very well as an audible book. I enjoyed listening to short sections and then trying out the challenges. As I worked through the book it seemed to improve, or I got better at challenging myself 🤷‍♀️

Worst Audio Choice

The audio for this is TERRIBLE. It's a ROBOT.
How are you supposed to listen to a computer telling you to be happy or confident?
How can something that has no emotion tell you how you should feel?
Who's stupid idea was this?

Awfull robotisering voice

Who Can listen to this? Its awful and robotic. I manager listening for 5 minutes. Regret that i didn’t listen to the sample
