Summary
Everyone struggles with worry. You may be wrestling with everyday fears about your relationships or your finances. Or perhaps you're dealing with a life-and-death decision or paralyzing emotions. Regardless of the reasons for your worries, or the degree to which you feel them, God cares. He wants you to live a life of peace and hope. He wants to give you freedom.
This book will explain and apply 100 key verses from God's word to help you overcome your worries and anxieties. The list includes Scriptures across the entire Bible, carefully selected for their significance and helpfulness to the Christian life. Each of the 100 entries will contain the Bible verse; a brief explanation of the verse's context in Scripture; commentary on the verse's meaning; and an application for the listener.
Don't be enslaved to your worries and anxieties, but instead dig into God's promises, provision, and wise counsel. And most of all, discover the peace and comfort that comes with understanding that he loves you more than you'll ever know.

Good, scriptural inspiration
Pleased that this was largely anecdote-free. I liked how, in a chapter, the quote is provided, followed by context, and then application. This book was presented in a way that just works for me. It doesn't, like others, detach from scripture and then take off on its own, weird route. It never felt impersonal to me. I will probably listen to some of it again. God is great and good.
