最近、新しい会社で採用関係のプラットフォームを作る機会があって「働く」ということについてよく考えます。以前から言われていることだけど、今と将来とでは働き方がずいぶん変わると思う。 まず、僕らの仕事は確実に減っていくでしょう。移民の受け入れが活発になったらなおさら。人工知能についても最近話題ですよね。僕はロボットに仕事をさせるという発想も、ある程度は真実味があると思っています。エネルギー問題をクリアして、ロボットが農作物を作るようになれば、人の労働は各段に減る。テクノロジーの進化によって、将来は人々が今ほど働かなくても生きていける社会が実現するんじゃないかな、と。 その過渡期には、きっと適応できずにつらい思いをする人もいるでしょう。仕事がどんどんテクノロジーに奪われていき、失業する人も増える。そうした流れのなかで、一人ひとりが働き方を考え直さなきゃいけない日がいずれ来ると、僕は思っています。（本文より） 家入一真　「家入学級」はこちらから→http://yakan-hiko.com/ieiri.html
