Positive Masculine Reinforcement
A refresher course for me who studied these concepts on Reddit many years ago before it got banned. Good if you catch yourself falling asleep adrift in an extremely feminine culture. Mental equivalent of joining a fight gym. Might be a bit of a shock to the system if you are young so just don't overdose on these very heavy concepts.
