Spoilers. Believable BDSM with some reservations

I enjoyed this story. The BDSM was realistic but I did struggle with the kidnapping. But, then I thought about all the pirate romances I've read over the years, where kidnapping is the theme also! But importantly, it's just a story. It is well written and realistic. The readers were believable too.
