This was borderline rape

1- hypnosis was misrepresented
one cannot make someone perform anything they wouldn't do awake (to a certain extent). for an example: when I'm drunk, I may do things I wouldn't do sober. I don't, however do things that I completely regard as wrong or evil such as killing someone (I know sex and killing are completely different things, but we don't know how the hypnosis subject actually feels about her suggestions or what she's doing)
2- puts her "under", followed by sexual act
touching someone in appropriately without their permission is wrong, right? The subject (Lindsey) is put under and (spoiler) asked to masterbade followed by being touched. since hypnosis is portrayed as being as good as deeply sleeping in this audio book, and since she's technically not conscious, is this not rape? sure looks like it...
